Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Catering Manager to oversee our catering operations, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, sales, and account management.
Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events from start to finish
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Create customized catering proposals and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with culinary team to design menus that meet client requirements
- Analyze sales data and market trends to drive catering sales growth
- Conduct outside sales activities to attract new clients and expand business opportunities
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to deliver exceptional experiences
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client accounts
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure profitable contracts
- Solid sales acumen with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze data and market insights to make informed business decisions
- Experience in technical sales within the catering or hospitality industry is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
